Need marquee table for banner mixing regular and flash images

I would need a hack which would display a horizontal marquee, in a centered table on all my pages (with options to choose which pages in case of I need to) for all my sponsors banners.

This hack needs to handle Flash images (swf) and regular images (jpg, gif, png) as well.

The hack needs to have some options like:

1- Display the banners according to the order of how the banners are entered in the slots (1 to 75)
2- Display the banner shuffling the banners independently from the way the banners are entered in the slots

The slots would contain the following information for the fields to complete for the banners:

Sponsor Image Link (Where the image is stored)
Sponsor Title (Displayed on the image when mouse goes on the image)
Sponsor URL (The sponsor redirect link when banner is clicked)
Image dimensions: Width and height

I need at least 75 slots (meaning for 75 banners possibility).

Also, some general options (maybe a separate link in vbulletin options) would be welcome like:

Enable the hack: Yes or No
Sponsor Box Title
Sponsor Box Title Font Color
Sponsor Box Width
Sponsor Box Height
Location to be displayed: Below header, Above Navbar, Below Navbar or no selection (meaning we could place a "$" variable ourself
Usergroups allowed to view the Sponsor Box
Background color for the Sponsor Box (behing the marquee table)
Spacing required between each banner displayed: In pcx
Marquee speed of the banners displayed
Mouse behavior (Stops when mouse goes over a banner): Yes or No

Many sponsors hacks for images are available at vbulletin.org but none of them fits my specific needs.

This mod is like an urgent need so I hope I will get a better and quick answer than my other requests I made here on this site.
