    Default PAYPAL IPN is DOWN!

I am contacting them to find out what is going on. Their sandbox test system has been having issues for weeks and crashing and there was hints it would spread to main servers. So I will find out what is going on so DO not send me tons of PMs or Emails stating that IPN is not working cause it is NOT my software but paypal themself. SO to help solve this TURN OFF paypal IPN in AdminCP and you will be fine on my stand alone IPN system.
