    Question Chatbox license doesn't work!

    Hi!
This is my third request on the subject.
I have paid for the license, downloaded and installed it on my site, but it doesn't work! It just says: "Loading...". No matter what i type in, what I press - nothing happens.
This is inspite of the fact that the free version did work properly. Screenshots below.

So either you have to activate the chat for my forum http://www.speculant.org/forum/ or there is something wrong.
In either case I'd like to ask you to attend to the matter and give me some responce.

    Regards,
    Kirill.

    Demo works:

This has nothing to do with the chat.

    Is Mod_security on or off?

    All I did was:
    1. uninstall the free chat product + delete all chat files
    2. copy all licensed chat files + install license product + language file
    3. allow admin usergroup to view/edit/... the chat
    4. result: license doesn't work
    5. I have tried deleting the license chat + files and installing the free ones again - the result: free chat works fine again

Don't know. Where do I check? Are you sure it'll help, regarding what I have posted above.

    Chatbox\Files\clientscript\mgc_cb_evo\mgc_cb_evo_f unctions.js

rename the file. Seems zip is messed up this goes for anyone!!!

    I will correct it.

So basically rename file and add the "s"
it should be functions not function at the end.

Odd. The loading issue was always caused from Mod_security in apache.

AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Problematic Webserver Modules > Submit

If the both results = No. You are fine.
