Support/Products Questios

So can someone from here give me or us an update on support and road map for the products we have purchased ..

Especially with VB4.0 around the corner I need to know whats going to be here and supported -

I assume Donations will which is good do we have a road map when that will be up and ready for VB4.0

What about the chatbox , I still have issues with it and need to know if its done or is it going to be supported before I find something else to use with VB40

I had to install Inferno VBShout for Vbulletin 4 due to no replies/answers from anyone including AWCoding.

I guess they just take the money and run....I'm not seeing any activity from them.

vB Dev has retired so to speak, and as far as i know the only one left here providing support is AW Junkies. Im not sure what is going to happen to this site in the near future. But im holding out hope that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel when vB goes gold. As these products are simply the best of the best when they are supported and updated. witch has always been the case in the past.

Yea I hope so to - I love the DS system and I loved the chatbox but i don't think we will see that moving over ..

It wil be a shame to see these products go away - because they are good stuff but i am getting worried and will start looking for replacements soon

Ha thats the problem, there are no real or, at least good replacements for any of these products. Its time for the administrators to consider re staffing this place. even if it means "training somebody" otherwise there will be a big void to fill and somebody will step up and fill that hole in the near future. I have faith there there is still hope. but im definattly not an insider here so what do i know?

On top of everything else the server here seems to be acting up more and more frequently.

I'm more worried that questions are being asked and not answered, I realise real life issues come into things for people and like yourself feel this place should have more staff, especially as money has changed hands for these products.

I noticed now in certain areas, it's moderated..... Kinda convenient

Especially in the areas where VBdev says he's retiring. It would be nice if we got AT LEAST 1 SOLID reply with "Don't worry guys, I'm working on it" from AW dude....But he's been MIA since the 8th as well.

I understand the death in the family and my heart goes out to him and his family - but we are also customers who have bought products and donated money to this site to either pay for products and or support or we believed in those products and this site.

We have talked about the products to other forum owners and or admins - saying great products and great support for those products...

We the paying customers demand to know whats going on here and if our contractual agreement of support is going to be honored... You want to stop doing mods and supporting them thats fine = we will look somewhere else but just tell us
