Chatbox Rules

I want to add some rules of usage to my chatbox, what is the best way to go about doing that. I think it would be nice to just have an icon or have "Rules" in the header area and a pop-up box with the rules in it. Any thoughts on how/best way to do this?

Goto AdminCP > MGC Chatbox Evo > General Options > Chatbox rules (very bottom) and enter what you want the rules to say. Then a box will show up on the chatbox.
